We want you to shop with confidence so offer a 7-day returns policy. If any works arrive and you find them not to your liking, we’ll happily allow you to return them within 7 days for a full refund on the artwork.*
Once you’ve chosen and paid for your artwork, we will send you a certificate of provenance and then pack and weigh your package. We’ll then send a further email outlining the delivery costs and send a separate PayPal invoice for the charges. Once paid, we’ll get your artwork off to you, fully insured.
Should the artwork not be to your tastes, please let us know within 48 hours and we’ll happily send a return address for you to post it back to us. Simply package it back up in the packaging it was sent to you in and return it to the address we’ll provide for a full refund on the artwork.*
We do our best to ensure everything arrives to you fully insured and in A1 condition. But occasionally accidents do happen. It is important, therefore, that you let us know immediately if your artwork arrives damaged. We can only give a refund on damaged items if they are recorded by our insurers within 24 hours of being delivered so any delays in reporting could mean we are unable to provide a refund. Email us right away, then take a photo/s of the damage and send it back to us as quickly as possible so we can record this with our insurers. Once we have the go ahead, we’ll ask you to return the damaged items to the designated address for your refund.
*All artworks must be returned in perfect condition for a full refund. All refunds exclude any courier charges incurred by us.
